“Annemarie Davidson” Sea Ghostline Dish

Annemarie Davidson is a contemporary enamel artist known for her colorful and unique designs on enamel plates. Her plates are typically made of high-quality metal, such as steel, iron or copper that have been coated with enamel to provide a smooth and glossy finish.

This decorative plate has a strong cobalt blue tone with hints of copper metals featuring a beautiful watercolor-inspired design. Amongst the background is a combination of enamel paint and hand-drawn details. The Ghostline design features intricate and abstract patterns, typical of the Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern styles of the 1950s.

The plate is marked on the bottom with Davidson's signature AD mark within the enamel, as well as sticker.  (1950-1960s)
